As part of the Carlsbad Composting Program, a program sponsored by the City of Carlsbad and managed by reEarth:
Carlsbad residents may participate in free composting workshops. Each composting workshop includes lecture style presentations, hands-on activities, informational handouts and the opportunity to purchase discounted composting bins and composting worms.
